NASA Memory Foam

Originally developed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to decrease the very high pressure caused by extreme g-force, visco elastic memory foam were subsequently used medically, for example by patients who used to lie in bed on hard or very firm mattresses for long periods of time without regularly moving such as being bed-bound after a paralyzing stroke.

Not too long after the NASA developed memory foam was used in the space shuttle, scientists modified the foam into what is today know as visco elastic memory foam, for mass market consumer use.

Once visco elastic memory foam hit the market, consumers were presented with more options. The spring mattress was no longer the main choice of sleeping comfort. Mattresses which were made from visco elastic memory foam gave its owner a new sense of comfort. This foam was able to support your back and side equally without being too dense or stiff. It cushioned any size user to their sleep preferences, making tossing and turning to find the right spot on your mattress a thing of the past. In addition, visco elastic memory foam does not become lumpy over time, but actually maintains it shape and comfort level.

This is why breadou feels really good to squeeze and are ultra comfortable as a computer wrist rest.
